My contractor had a one year contract with them for my apartment building in Chicago. They came one time to inspect the place and after that time they claimed that they arrived monthly, however my property manager never gave them any access, and never saw met technician after one time. After a few months of giving payment, my building was infastated with rodents and all my tenants compaint. They refused to give me credit for all the months that they charged me and never showed up and they confested that they didn’t come inside the building, only outside, eventhough my contract was for interior and exterior. I have no evidance for exterior work either. This is a scam company, run away.
