DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY HAVE FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS AND SELL YOU ITEMS AND SERVICES THAT YOU DON’T RECEIVE!!! I had a salesman come out and sell me a two stage unit and I received a single stage unit. I was hesitant to write a check up front but the salesman promised me that I would have a satisfied and worry free experience or I would receive my money back and shown me on their website where it says that but they won’t come get their equipment or give me my deposit back. He showed me the number 5 item on their guarantees “If you feel any completed job wasn’t performed up to these high standards, we’ll refund whatever portion of the purchase price you think is fair and reasonable”.There has been numerous times when crews either don’t show up or show up several hours after their appointment time with no heads up for any of it so we just had to cancel plans each time waiting for an appointment just for nobody to show up which goes against one of their guarantees “You won’t waste your valuable time with waiting and worrying, guaranteed”. I have only had one of many crews wear shoe coverings and cover furniture and that’s one of their guarantees “They use tarps and floor–protecting shoe covers, and they’ll also see that your home’s interior is restored to its original condition before they leave. We’ll clean your house if we don’t do it to your satisfaction the first time!” They cut out a hole for an air intake that was very jagged and left wood and shavings inside underneath the air handler to get sucked in. My attic is full of trash, old register boxes, screws randomly thrown everywhere, cut pieces of insulation, cut pieces of ductwork. They have sent multiple crews about 10 different times and my a/c unit and ductwork is still not properly functional and this has been going on for 3 weeks. The guy that showed up to do the ductwork told me that he doesn’t do ductwork and was watching YouTube videos trying to figure it out and he brought out 12” trunk line to run for a 4 ton unit which would have not achieved the proper CFM so I had to make him aware of that. They send out employees that are not qualified to perform the tasks that they are given and then try to send out other people to fix it and it’s just a vicious cycle. My fan won’t turn on for my air handler, my ductwork is still leaking air, the ductwork is not insulated, they installed my plentum box overhanging the back of the air handler and left the air handler closet not closed off to the ceiling so it was just sucking in attic air which is not filtered, the register boxes are not properly installed in the ceiling cutouts to where they are halfway in the ceiling and halfway open to the attic, they sealed one of my register grills to the ceiling to where it is permanently adhered, I have a heat pump/aux heat system but they installed a thermostat that isn’t for that system, my lights in the house have been flickering ever since they messed with my breaker box, I was told that I would receive negative air duct cleaning to clean my entire ductwork and they brought out the cheap machine and just cleaned the flex hoses, they have guarantees to wear shoe coverings and cover your items and that only happened one of the 10 times, they have guarantees that they won’t smoke or curse while being there and both of those happened ”They promise not to smoke or swear in or near your house and they are all drug–free. I have been fair enough with the amount of opportunities given and I just want my deposit back and for them to come get their equipment.
